When I founded Foresight Insurance in 2016, I had a clear vision: to build an independent insurance agency that could operate efficiently, scale sustainably, and provide an exceptional client experience. But like many agency owners, I quickly discovered that the traditional agency model wasn't built for growth.

Technology & Automation: Implemented automated workflows and task management systems
Centralized Communication: Created one phone number, one email, and one system for all client interactions
Team-First Approach: Invested in training, SOPs, and leadership development
Key Achievement: Successfully established a process-driven, tech-powered agency that could scale without chaos.
