Hello, Everyone👋 

After almost a decade of building Foresight Insurance, I've learned that the real challenge isn't just knowing what to do, it’s building a business that runs smoothly and consistently without needing to reinvent the wheel every time. 

This month, I'm investing in exactly that. 

What I'm Working On 

From June 2–20, I'm taking part in a virtual live class program with a small co-hort.  

This isn’t a "tech" class; it’s a foundational operations sprint. Think of it like EOS but powered by AI where it makes sense. 

At the core, we're building two things: 

1. A Master Prompt – a single source of truth about how our company operates. It becomes the "brain" our team and AI tools can draw from, so we don't have to repeat ourselves, and the system actually gets better over time. 

2. A structured Operating System – not tech, but clarity. Clarity on roles, workflows, priorities, and processes. 

Why This Matters 

• Today, we're running well, but there's friction: 

• SOPs and training take too long to update 

• People still need to ask the same questions over and over 

• We rely on meetings to clarify work 

• Feedback loops are slow 

What if: 

• SOPs could be generated and updated in minutes? 

• Training could be built into the system itself? 

• Anyone could ask a question and get a clear, context-aware answer instantly? 

• Feedback loops shrank from days to seconds? 

That's what we're building. 

Where AI Fits In 

AI isn't the operating system; it's the assistant that runs within it. 

Once the structure is right: 

• AI helps us speed up documentation 

• AI helps us automate follow-ups and decisions 

• AI helps every team member do better work, faster, with fewer handoffs and delays 

What You Can Expect 

As we implement this: 

• You'll notice quicker response times 

• More proactive communication 

• Simpler, more seamless service 

• And the same Foresight personality, just with more clarity and consistency 

The Bigger Picture 

We're not building this for the sake of automation. We're building a business that runs clean, where everyone knows what "done right" looks like, and where tools (AI or otherwise) help people stay in their zone of genius. 

That's how we create raving fans. That's how we scale. 

But here's the thing, I don't want to keep this to ourselves. 

I'm a believer in the insurance industry and, most importantly, in the independent agent model. One of my goals is to bring what I learn to our industry and cut down the learning curve for other agency owners.
